Things to Keep in Mind when Installing Oilless Screw Compressors in UAE

There are certain factors to take under consideration when installing oilless screw compressors in UAE.

Some of these are:

1. Room temperature and air circulation:
Oilless screw compressors do not work well in heat. The heat could cause certain materials – most obviously the Teflon – to degrade and lose quality and effectiveness. This would in turn cause harm to the compressor’s operation and prevent it from working. There should be enough room around the compressor for air to circulate, thus preventing the buildup of heat.

2. Voltage:
One of the most important and most overlooked features when purchasing any kind of air compressor. This is most often overlooked in the case of online purchases, so care must be taken to ensure that a compressor with the correct voltage is being purchased.

3. Location:
The compressor should be situated in a way that allows for easy maintenance and servicing. There should be plenty of room all around the air compressor so that when the inevitable servicing needs to be carried out, all sides of the compressor can be easily accessed. There are a couple ways that this can be carried out. Either the compressor can be installed with disconnects, or there is plenty of space around the access panel to the mechanism.

4. Customer Service Quality:
This is particularly important when making an online purchase of any air compressors such as screw compressors in UAE. As with all major purchases, for example APLACO CPVC fittings, the staff should be highly informed and have a customer’s interests at heart when making suggestions and offering solutions. When determining the quality of customer service, factors like knowledge and helpfulness are certainly important, but so is access. Being able to contact the customer service center easily is an indicator of how highly customer experiences are valued.
